These terms are the agreement between you and Rabtek Global Solutions Private Limited (“we”), which runs Olikai (olikai.in), when you use Olikai. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What Olikai does
Olikai checks your website, explains problems in plain words, alerts you when something goes wrong, and helps you fix things. Checks use public tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, so results can change from one check to the next.
Your account
- Give your real name and an email you use. Keep your email and phone safe, because log-in codes go there.
- Only add websites you own or are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for what your teammates do in your account.
Plans and payments
- Free is free. Grow and Business are paid monthly or yearly through Razorpay. Prices include GST.
- The Grow free trial lasts 14 days, once per person, and needs no card.
- Paid plans renew by themselves until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings. You keep your plan until the paid time ends.
- We do not refund part of a month or year, unless the law says we must.
- If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before.
Fixes
- Steps and Ask Olikai answers are advice. Please check them before you use them. AI answers can be wrong.
- When you start “Fix it with Olikai” on WordPress, we only make that fix. We keep your originals so you can undo it.
- When you ask our team to fix something, you give us the access needed for that fix. You can remove it any time.
- Keep your own backups of your website. We are not responsible for changes made by you, your developer or your host.
Fair use
Do not use Olikai to attack, overload or check websites you do not own, to send spam, or to break the law. We may stop accounts that do.
Your data
Your data stays yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.
If something goes wrong
- We work hard to keep Olikai running, but we cannot promise it will never stop or never miss a problem.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or profits. If we are responsible for something, the most we pay is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using Olikai any time and delete your account in Settings, under Account. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
Changes
If we change these terms in a big way, we will email you before the change starts.
